Stuart brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience and resources to Kitsap client entrepreneurs. He was owner and operator of West Sound Business Supply and its subsidiary Paper Products, Etc. in Kitsap County for eighteen years. This retail and wholesale office, engineering and supply firm served four counties and increased sales by an average of 10% each year. Prior to West Sound, Stuart was controller at Maust Corporation in Seattle and general manager of warehouse operations for two years, and also served as controller of Kodiak Island Seafoods, Inc for four years. Stuart has taught business courses at Olympic College, Bainbridge Island Community School and Economic Development Council of Kitsap County, and is a former member of National Association for Business Economists. Stuart holds an MBA and a Masters in Legal Studies from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
