C.C. Leonard

Lead Trainer

A strong ability to build relationships and enlist community support are key components C.C. provides as the Lead Trainer. Her leadership and teaching skills stem from her business experience and community involvement. As a business owner for fifteen years she provided hundreds of training opportunities for adults within the education industry. She operated and founded The Creation Station in 1989, a retail store and studio offering recycled materials for creative use. Products sold at The Creation Station were donated from hundreds of Puget Sound businesses.

C.C. brings passion and the knowledge it takes to make a business succeed. As a single mom balancing family, finances and personal challenges, C.C. has a clear understanding of the barriers Washington CASH clients can face to achieve their dreams. Her fierce loyalty, broad experiences, and strong desire to learn make C.C. a valuable asset to our team.
