Josie Gregg, Asset Manager

Growing up in a home full of entrepreneurial spirit, Josie is energized by the dedication and passion involved in being a small business owner. Josie manages the Individual Development Account (IDA) program and the peer lending microloan program at Washington CASH.  Also, as Volunteer Coordinator, Josie recruits volunteers as mentors, instructors, advisors, and for internal assistance. Prior to Washington CASH, she wrote grants and did fundraising at Capitol Hill Housing, where she observed the immense need for microfinance, small business training, and asset building for those in low income situations. She is excited to be a part of an organization that empowers entrepreneurs and assists in breaking the cycle of the working poor.
