Carmen's 15 years in the banking industry began as an entry level position of Teller and developed into her current role as a Business Relationship Manager.  Her responsibilities included the management of a portfolio in excess of $22 Million in loans and deposits.

Carmen currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Washington CASH, Southwest King County Chamber of Commerce and South Sound Chambers of Commerce Legislative Coalition.  Appointed to the City of Burien Business Economic Development Partnership in 2009 for a four year term and volunteering on the Renton Chamber of Commerce Business Development Committee, Carmen is active in working with business owners to grow and expand small business in the community.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
